Someone asked me about my CT page and how I achieved the glow.It is a drop shadow,
I changed the colour and then pushed the blur all the way up in craft artist effects

blend mode=normal
angle=45
lock= centre
distance=3,75 pt
the middle paper has a outer glow
blend mode=screen
opacity=75
blur=183pt
Intensity=0
